Staley AvenuE
The Staley Avenue Community Development project aims to address workforce housing needs while enhancing the neighborhood's overall livability. Collaborating with Housing Savannah and the YIMBY group, this initiative increases housing density to accommodate more residents while supporting the existing community.
The project goes beyond typical multifamily development by incorporating expanded green public spaces and improving connectivity to the community center. To mitigate concerns about increased traffic, an undeveloped street will be opened to aid flow on Staley Avenue. This comprehensive approach seeks to create a vibrant, inclusive neighborhood that balances growth with community preservation, ensuring Tatemville remains a welcoming home for both long-time residents and newcomers.
